Our Sacred Ocean: Sea Moss Gel (Jelly) Premium Gold come directly from St. Lucia in clear and unpolluted waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Wild caught from the depth, it is dried in the sun for packaging, until we receive it. This results in an almost tasteless flavor/orderless so it is almost undetectable when adding to smoothies, fruit blends, sauces, and herbal infusions. We rehydrate and throughly clean the moss using Purified Reverse Osmosis water and 9.5 to 9.8 Alkaline water, fresh citrus, harmony, and love. From there the Premium Gold is cold blended with real organic fruit, herbs, and honey before packaging it in glass jars without preservatives or fillers. (You can choose to have yours unflavored, and unsweetened. In place of the honey, we can use monk fruit, or coconut sugar upon request when available. **Bladderwrack (Sea Kelp) and Burdock Root are additional herbs that can be added to the gel. Bladderwrack adds a more seafood/fishy flavor vs Burdock Root can make it slightly spicy and savory in flavor. Each herb has different benefits when added to sea moss. It is first suggested to try the sea moss without these added herbs if you are not familiar with the tastes/fragrance/flavor. Feel free to do your own research and it is advised to speak with your doctor before requesting to have Bladderwrack and/or Burdock Root in your sea moss gel blend.** Bladderwrack and Burdock Root can be added in your blend for an additional $2 each herb per jar.

Choose from the different flavor, and add in combinations. Sometimes we have this item in stock ready to ship other times we have to make it ready to order. Please allow for 72hrs to make/package the gel when marked as processing. We ship our glass jars frozen, tightly wrapped with ice packs so they arrive cold, but we are not responsible for items left unattended, or slow delivery by the postal service. (We don't offer this item to ship first class or the slowest way because this product has to be kept cold/cool.) Each jar is good for up to 3 weeks after it is made if kept in refrigeration with the lid on tightly once received. Stir, Replace the lid, and put back in the fridge after each use. Discard any unused portion after 14 to 21 days. (On average most people finish each jar by week 3) You can buy in bulk and freeze the gel for up to 1 year to the date of which it is made. Unthaw the jar in the fridge for a day then consume within 14 days to 3 weeks. Please be mindful these are glass jars when receiving them, or placing them in your refrigerator. If you receive a broken product, discard and do not consume it.

Suggested Serving Size and Usage:

Consuming straight out of the jar or adding to smoothies- For those starting out, consume a 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon a day for 3-5 days. After that, graduate to 2 teaspoon a day the next week or few days. The remaining week you can increase the amount to 1-2 tablespoons a day. Do not exceed 2 tablespoons a day. Not suggested to consume before bed, or within 1 hour of taking prescription medication. (especially if you have a blend containing Burdock Root and/or Bladderwrack)

For a face mask, scoop out 1 to 2 teaspoons from the jar and apply to freshly cleansed face. Smooth the gel in and let set until almost dry. Wash off throughly and pat face to dry. Apply a moisturizer.

For Baking into goods, add no more than 3 tablespoons to cake, muffins, brownie batter, and savory sauces as a thickener. Not suggested to use with sweet sauces, but some people have. Be mindful if you have a blend with Burdock Root or Bladderwrack it may have a more spicy and fishy taste.

Disclaimer: Be mindful to speak with you doctor about Sea Moss as it has iodine, and other minerals that may interact with blood thinners, thyroid meds that contain iodine, medicines that aid in blood clotting/thickening, and some anti inflammatories such as NSAIDS and aspirin. Sea moss has not been known to detox the body of illegal substances or alternative medication. Do not use or consume if you are allergic to shellfish, fish, seaweed, other aquatic foods, citrus, or are allergic to any of the ingredients. We would love for you to not take the chance. Although sea moss is used as an aid in vitality, we don’t recommended to those who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, breast feeding without doctors consent.
