No matter what kind of eclipse it is, the energy can be different metaphysically. Eclipses allow a different type of gaze to the world around you. To the general naked eye doesn’t seem any different, but to those of us who are sensitive to energies, one can notice the difference.

Eclipse  is a blend of Organic Butterfly Pea Flower, Fennel, Fenugreek Seeds, Orange Peel, Ceylon Black Tea.

This tea is a combo of flavors. The fennel dances on the pallet and is balanced out by the bits of orange peel, while the fenugreek adds a slight maple flavor. The black tea base levels the flavor of the pea flower which kind of tastes like “what purple should taste like” 🤣. 

The blend brews into a lovely violet color. If you add condensed milk or creamer it will turn a shade of lilac. You can add lemon, lime, or orange express to change the color from blue/ purple to pink. (Butterfly Pea Flower changes when a citrus acid is added)

To brew we recommend using a kettle, french press, sauce pan with a lid, single serve tea strainer, or hot tea making pot. Not recommend for a coffee maker as the leave will not expand enough for full flavor. You can always strain the tea into a coffee maker where the brewing part is (not the water reservoir) or heat the water with a coffee maker. Add the approx. 2 tablespoons of dried tea to 10-12 oz of water. (Or 1 small size pouch) Stir to wet the leaves. Brew leave on medium to just about boiling. Turn off heat. Let steep for 6-10mins. Strain tea and serve with your choice of sweeteners/creamers. Save the excess tea in a resealable container and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Pour and heat up as needed. You can drink it cold too. Enjoy!

*For sweeteners we recommend using sweetened condensed milk, coconut sugar, honey, monk fruit, and/or small amount of agave syrup. Also, try with a touch of heavy creme, almond milk, and/or cashew milk. Not recommended for artificial sweeteners or creamers as it will throw off the flavor, but it is your choice on what you like to use. 

Naturally caffeinated from Black Ceylon Tea, it is recommenced to not exceed 8oz of brewed tea a day. Not recommenced for those allergic to fennel, fenugreek, oranges, or butterfly pea flower, pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breast feeding. 

Not recommended for those who are on anti-anxiety  medicine as butterfly pea flower can mimic the calming effects of the medications. Fennel encourages estrogen and can interfere with birth control or other hormone regulation supplements. Fennel can reduce the ability  for blood to clot, and encourage detoxification of the body. 

We have 2 size options: Large which brews appox 5 - 7 kettles of tea for $15 ea, or the Small Size which brews about (1) 10-12oz kettle of tea for $2 ea.
